NEW DELHI: Indian consumer electronics company Micromax has launched its newest laptop in the market. Dubbed Neo LPQ61407W, the laptop runs Windows 10 and is the first in the company’s new Neo series. This comes after the recent launch of the Ignite and Alpha series of laptops. Available in Black colour option, Micromax Neo LPQ61407W is priced at Rs 17,990 and is exclusively available on Amazon.

In terms of specifications, Micromax Neo LPQ61407W features a 14-inch display of 1366×768 pixel resolution. Powering the device is a 1.6GHz quad-core Intel Pentium N3700 processor. The laptop offers 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 500GB of HDD storage which is further expandable via microSD cards.

Having a 1MP HD webcam, the Neo LPQ61407W offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 (1), USB 2.0 (2), micro HDMI (1) and Ethernet (1) in terms of connectivity options. It is backed by a 4,800mAh battery.

Last month, Micromax launched its Alpha series of laptops in India. It includes the LI351568W laptop, which is priced at Rs 26,990 and is available exclusively on Flipkart.

The Windows 10-based Micromax Alpha LI351568W laptop features a 15.6-inch display of 1366×768 pixel resolution. It is powered by a fifth generation Intel Core i3 processor clubbed with 6GB of LPDDR3 RAM. In terms of connectivity options and ports, the laptop includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 3.0 (2) , USB 3.0 (2), USB 2.0 (2) HDMI (1), Ethernet port (1), DC-in (1) and 3.5 mm audio jack (1).

Weighing 2.1kg, the Micromax Alpha LI351568W houses 500GB of in-built storage, expandable up to 1TB. It comes with a 4-cell battery that, as per the company’s claims, can deliver up to 4.5 hours of backup. There are also dual stereo speakers included in the mix.
