Apple still remains tight lipped on the official release date of their latest MacBook Pro. But with the recent price cut of the 15-inch Retina 2015 MacBook Pro model, the release is most likely coming soon.

Giant online retailer eBay is slashing the price of the 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro—with specs 2.5 GHz processor speed, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB hard drive—from its original price of $2,499 to $1,949.99, inclusive of shipping fee. If buyers are to avail this promo, they can save more than $500.

As for the detailed specs, this specific model runs on an Intel Core i7 5th Generation processor. It sports a 15.4-inch Retina display at 2880 x 1800 resolution. Its battery could last up to nine hours.

Externally, the rumored laptop will boast a 12-inch Retina display in 2304 x 1440 pixels resolution. Other rumors claim that the upcoming MacBook will feature a touch screen display. It will weigh 2 lbs. and it is 13.1mm-thin. It is could come in colors silver, gold, and space gray.
