    For professional use: Lenovo ThinkPad range

    If you’re after a device for the office, or on-the-go work, Lenovo advises the ThinkPad range – a collection of sleek graphite grey laptops, starting at £439.99.

    Lenovo’s professional ThinkPad range comes in six different models, varying from compact 12.6”-15.6”.

    For students: Multitasking and lightweight

    The ideal student laptop will combine memory with fast speeds, as well as being compact and lightweight.

    Lenovo advises its ultra-durable 11e Series laptops, designed to withstand the rigorous environments associated with schools, university and carrying the devices to lectures.

    The most popular device is the ThinkPad Chromebook. At 11.6”, the series offers up to 8 hours’ battery life, anti-glare and multi touch display. Windows 8.1 is also included. Prices for the Chromebook start at an affordable £269.99, however you can often spot deals on the Amazon website from £179.

    Second to the Chromebook, and recommended for students is the G range. Starting at £259.99 these laptops cover all the essentials, from Windows 8.1 to a DVD drive, and are ideal for everyday use.
