Announced at the Pepcom Digital Experience trade show was Dell’s new entry in the Inspiron 11 3000 line – a $199 notebook. The budget laptop is a significant change from the previous machines that carried the Inspiron 11 3000 name, the most recent of which being a significantly more powerful 2-in-1 laptop with a swivel monitor.
