Google Chrome update could FINALLY solve this hugely annoying problem – Express.co.uk
Google says that the data is only stored locally, meaning the company never receives any of the information.
The feature also won’t work if you’re using incognito tabs, with all information in that browser still remaining hidden.
Copyless Paste appears to have been a work in progress for some time, with an official release possibly arriving in the release of a future version of Chrome.
However Google now seems to be accelerating the rollout of the feature after Apple introduced something similar for certain parts of text, like address information.
For now, if you want to try out the new feature, you’ll need to have Chrome Canary for Android installed.
You can then switch on Copyless Paste via chrome://flags.
